You will direct and develop Mcity’s engineering capabilities. You’ll also oversee the development and operation of software and hardware systems to support Mcity’s test facility, living labs, and mobility pilots. You will manage the engineering team, and will set team priorities, providing mentorship, allocating tasks, and ensuring project completion and workloads are balanced. You’ll provide guidance and input to Mcity leadership, and help create strategic priorities and help plan and resource needs to accomplish unit goals. You will report to the Associate Director.
You will maintain and develop Mcity’s engineering capabilities. In collaboration with other colleagues on the engineering team and under the direction of the Engineering Manager you will participate in the development and operation of software and hardware systems to support Mcity’s test facility, living labs, and mobility pilots. You will develop and scale all the components of Mcity’s software/hardware architecture. You will report to the Engineering Manager.
