Project Abstract

This project’s objectives include a road map for avoiding the biggest risks for connected and automated vehicle manufacturers and service providers. The approach will be to apply conventional liability concepts (e.g., tort, contract, and regulatory) with a spotlight on a few salient issues.

Project Outcome

Warner Norcross & Judd LLP will produce white paper that will outline shared-control liability risks and issues relevant to CAV manufacturers and service providers.
