Project Abstract

This project developed and deployed an automated transportation system on North Campus using mostly autonomous golf-cart-style vehicles. The focus of this proposal is to enable and accelerate the research that can be pursued once such a transportation system exists. Consequently, the complexity of the vehicles and autonomy were deliberately minimized.

Project Outcome

Created a drive-by-wire conversion system for a golf-cart platform.
